Meet our team of awesome therapists and coaches

Jed Anderson, CMHC, Clinical Director

Over 13 years of experience of experience has helped Jed become a very skilled clinician. He loves working with teens and is our go-to resource when the level of engagement includes needing a more clinical level of care. Jed is trained in Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Schema Therapy and CBT. He also loves incorporating the gospel into the work he does.

Jed has 5 kids who are the greatest Joy in his life. His hobbies include golf, riding motorcycles in the mountains, vacationing with family and watching college football. He also enjoys teaching on occasion in seminary at the local high school.

Lauren Lufkin, Coach

Lauren brings over 6 years of experience in coaching and mentoring, with a strong track record of helping youth grow in confidence and emotional resilience. She has worked closely with teens as a high school volleyball coach and through multiple callings in Young Women’s.

Lauren’s natural gift is connection—she builds trust quickly and creates a safe, encouraging environment where teens feel seen and supported. She specializes in helping youth develop confidence, healthy assertiveness, and a stronger sense of personal identity.

Lauren is a mother of four, ages 9 to 16, and brings both professional skill and personal insight to her work with LDS teens.

 

Kim Anderson, Coach

Kim has over a decade of experience helping teens—especially young women—strengthen their confidence, quiet anxiety, and understand their divine identity. Her ability to create a joyful, comfortable atmosphere makes it easy for youth to open up and feel the Spirit’s reassurance.

Kim is a mother of five, with children ranging from ages 8 to 23, and she brings both seasoned spiritual insight and practical experience into her coaching. She loves helping teens feel known, valued, and capable of becoming who God created them to be.

Some of Kim's favotire things include photography, baking and quilt making. She has great eye for interior design and enjoys changing her home decor each new holiday to fit the spirit of the season.

 

Halie McBride, Coach

Halie is a 23-year-old studying psychology and living in Logan, Utah, with a heart deeply devoted to connecting with teens. She served in the Adelaide Australia Mission, where her love for helping others understand their divine identity grew immensely.

Halie feels a special spiritual connection with both teen girls and guys. She understands the unique challenges they face today. She excels at building confidence, strengthening spiritual identity, and guiding youth toward genuine optimism and Christ-centered hope. Her mentoring style is sincere, uplifting, and grounded in faith—helping young people feel seen, valued, and capable of becoming who God knows they can be.

In her free time Halie loves spending time in the outdoors, especially the mountains riding horses. She loves going on hiking adventures with her husband around Logan where he grew up.
